do I know I have won?
As the auction
is deemed closed, you would receive
an email (if at that point of time your
bid is the highest) with your seller's
contact details. You would then need
to contact your seller to arrange for
the delivery and finalize the deal offline.

have won, now what?
As soon as the auction
of an item you have bid upon has ended,
if your bid turns out to be the highest
you will receive an auto-generated email
that will include product details and
the seller's contact details. The seller
too will receive an email providing
them with your contact details. In order
to check the goods and arrange for their
delivery and payment, you will need
to contact your seller.

How
do I get in touch with the seller?
On the item
page, there is an option to send an
email to the seller. In case of any
queries or doubts before placing a bid,
you can use that option and send an
email to the seller. If you have won
the item, both you and the seller will
receive an auto-generated email providing
you with each other's contact details.
You can contact the seller for all queries
regarding the closing of your transaction.

How
do I pay for an item?
Once the auction is
ended, both the seller and the winning
bidder are notified through email and
given each other's contact details.
They need to contact each other and
work out payment as per the terms of
payment mentioned by the seller on the
item page.

What
if there is a difference between the
advertised item and the one delivered?
Fotobazar.com
imparts a rampart or a virtual market
area for sellers and buyers to transact
together. Regarding any query or concern
about the items offered by any seller,
please feel free to ask the seller and
get the issue negotiated properly. We
facilitate you to ask the seller on
all item pages whereby you could correspond
with the seller and gather more information.
It is recommended to do it before bidding.
Like any other sale, you, the customer,
are allowed to take the necessary actions
if the seller's description of the item
do not conform to your requirements
as were promised by the seller or the
condition of the item is different from
what was described.

What
if the item is located far from where
I live say another city?
If an item doesn’t
belong to your city, additional transport
charges would be charged. Hence the
total payment would be the winning bid
amount added with the delivery charges
unless specified otherwise by the seller.
